The provision of loaned, demo and exchange equipment has decisive importance, especially in healthcare. As a result, the OEM guarantees its end-customer the smooth-running, uninterrupted operation of the latter’s internal processes. The end-customer is comprehensively supported in fulfilling its obligations vis-à-vis the patient.

ELSG undertakes all the activities arising in managing the contractual partner’s loaned equipment pool. From the request for and dispatch of loan, demo or exchange devices to their collection, the whole process is covered. When necessary, fitness-for-use tests can be carried out, or devices prepared for renewed use.

Equipped with both state-of-the-art standard measuring devices and manufacturer-specific test equipment, ELSG can fulfill all of the contractual partner’s relevant requirements with regard to screening and test methods without any problems.

Maintenance

We offer what was manufacturers and distributors need: the know-how and technology for support and service over a product’s whole lifecycle.

Upgrade

ELSG can rework products as required by the contracting party, and carry out all the required hardware or software upgrades.
