The "Computer-Aided-Data-Distribution and Interchange (CADDI)" - System is a software package developed according to our needs and demands and is permanently updated to meet changing requirements and situations.
It controls the service procedures, the spareparts management, provides the data for statistics and the relevant electronic data for the internet-supported European Service System - ES² and much more...
 
ES²

The internet-supported European Service System - ES² is designed as overall European solution for the medical-technical customer service.

It provides various comfortable possibilities to call repair-related informations from the Service Center or give repair-related instructions in real time from any location.

That means you place your repair order with all special instructions directly into our facilities' CADDI-System. You may also check the actual status of our repair order or order device-specific spareparts.

All features of the ES² may be individually authorized for single user groups to be defined by you or the contractor.

Creating the European Service System - ES², we met the target to offer a country overlapping technical customer service for medical devices and systems, enabling you to fully concentrate on the successful distribution of your products.
