Since the foundation in 1969, ELSG have developed to a competent Service Center for military- and medical-electronic devices and systems, with a broad service spectrum, acting throughout Germany and Europe. |
 Well-known medical companies in Germany and abroad have appointed ELSG to do the after sales service for their products. The extent of the service solely defined by the customers comprises the completition of the products ready for sale, handling of regulary safety checks, preventive maintenance and repair of defective devices as well as troubleshooting and online assistance. |

ELSG does not manufacture or sell own products, but operates in the name of its contractors, as the Contractor's Service Center for repairs and technical support. They set up the service-strategy for their products and we realize it accordingly. The benefit for the contractors is not only our over 30-year-old experience with technical service and our excellent trained personnel, but also our "Computer-Aided-Data-Distribution- and Interchange" (CADDI)-System, developed by ELSG according to our own needs, controlling the entire service procedures and getting permanently updated according to changing situations and requirements. |
